My journey is driven by a curiosity to understand and combat evolving threats in the cybersecurity landscape. With a background in ICT systems and infrastructure, my fascination with this field was sparked by a pivotal experience where I led, remediated, and conducted root cause analysis of a Denial of Service (DOS) - Brute force cyber attack. this incident not only uncovered my knack for deep technical analysis of data required to reach root cause but also ignited a deep ongoing passion for cyber defense, incident response, the importance of operational maturity and building a strong team of like minded individuals.

Ever since, I’ve had an itch and drive to learn more, continuously evolving my knowledge to stay ahead. My hands-on experience spans various tools, industries and environments, from threat detection and response to vulnerability assessment I’m committed to staying at the forefront of this ever-evolving field.

This commitment has led to a career as a Cybersecurity professional helping some of the largest organisations on the globe strengthen their defences with experience leading and supporting critical incident response operations, performing root cause analysis under pressure and ensuring I can provide the best security solutions.

This site will be my little slice of the internet where i discuss insights, information security, incident response, threat hunting and a little bit of governance risk and compliance.
